Please fill in the required information,create your password and review and accept the terms of service. You may then
log in to the dashboard. At any time you may click on the Help button to receive guidance from DecisionDesk.

Once you have selected your programme you may then choose the files you wish to upload.

Select your files by clicking Browse.

You may then add a title to the file as well as a brief description. Click done to add another file then Save and
Continue once you have completed your file selection.

Please scroll down the entire page to review all the information you have provided ensuring you have chosen
thecorrect programme and the correct files. You may then click on Final Submit to complete your submission.

You will then be taken to the following page and you will receive a confirmation email from DecisionDesk. Please
check your junk email folder if the email does not arrive.
