To travel is worth any cost or sacrifice

In these days, when it is more and more common to see people who chooses to have a
break on their lifes and start trips around the world, it is necessary to understand clearly that
the environment is not the only factor that changes. To clarify this I am going to summarize
the reasons of why I consider that traveling around the world is worth at any cost or
sacrifice.
First of all, I grant that the opportunity of traveling anywhere is beneficial for anyone as it
promotes our education in the values of respect for people of different creeds, ethnicities, or
differing from our personal o social status; the tolerance for the different beliefs; and the
wisdom about the world in general.
Secondly, I want to point out that visiting different countries does not only broaden your
mind but also teaches you how to cope with diverse situations. For example, when you
have to get to the bus station or you get lost. Reading map is a skill which you will
eventually master as well. And what is more, you will be able to meet a lot of different
people, in that way, you will improve your communication abilities.
Finally, I believe that traveling is a highly effective tool for relaxation. This statement is
explained because it is nice to live life to its fullest, and enjoy a stress free time with
ourselves, and going on vacation lets us recharge our batteries by disconnecting us from our
regular life. Therefore, when we come back we feel invigorated and happy in our day to
day routine. It is a very good stress remover that has a lot more to give tan most people are
willing to accept.
In light of the above, I strongly believe that traveling is worth any cost or sacrifice. I think
that the habit of traveling should contibute not only to favour the disappearance of our
narrowness and prejudices, but also with helping to construct a better place to live where
the values of respect, tolerance and wisdom are more important than the lack of empathy
that we have on our actual society.
