Title: Opening a Fastfood Truck in the Premises of St. Scholastica's College Manila
I.
This is a business development proposal for establishing a fast-food truck
business in the premises of St. Scholastica's College Manila. The goal of the company
is to provide quality service, and giving value to its customers. The company had
observed over the years, that a big number of the population of St. Scholasticas
College Manila, mainly Senior High and College students, purchases meals from the
branch in Taft beside La Salle. Students risking their lives walking in the busy streets
of Manila was a matter that the company had to consider. Thus, the company have
decided to propose a mini branch inside the premises of St. Scholasticas College
Manila.

This project is timely as the school had given the opportunity for the Senior
High School students to have meals outside the school premises. As our company is
concerned with the students' safety, the company decided to produce food inside the
school premises. In line, the company shall abide to St. Scholastica's College's
regulations. As the company has a static menu, the company made its decision to
provide a healthy options menu to cater to the schools directives, and to the students
who wants to eat fast-food in a healthy manner. The menu that the company will be
providing is composed of burgers, fries, chicken, pasta, kiddie meals, and juices.
Every food item on the menu will have its corresponding healthy options. Prices will
be patterned with the outside menu, excepting kiddie meals for it will be less to be
able to cater to grade school students. Target audience would be school officials, and
students from the junior high, senior high, and the college units. The food truck will
enter the premises the same time the cafeteria opens.
