First page would be Declaration stating the authenticity of the work carried

out in the organization. The format of the same is attached with this email.
Second page would be the Working Certificate from the organization where
you have done your summer internship.
Third page would be the Certificate of Approval from the institute.
Fourth page would be the Acknowledgement.
Fifth page would be the Executive Summary. (Brief about the project in 2 - 3
pages)
Please check your Seniors project report for more formats and details for the
above pages.
Following this you would have the Main Project starting with the Table of
contents. Broadly the table of contents would contain the following main
areas:

Introduction (Need of the study, Objective of the study)

2.

Organizational Background

3.

Literature Review

4. Research Methodology (Analysis and Interpretation of the


Data)
5. Recommendations and Conclusions..... this will also include
Limitations of the study and Direction for future research
6.

References (In APA format only)

7. Annexure (All tables, figures and chart would necessarily


will fall in this section. No table, figure or chart should be in
the main body of the project report.)
All the above would have sub-areas.
The text of the project would be 12 font size Times New Roman and
Headings would be 14 font size (Bold) Times New Roman. Text would be
Double Spacing. Left Margin 1.5 inches, right top and bottom would be 1
inch each.
In the Footer you would have only page number. No Header and no
mentioning of the institute name nor the organization name in all the pages
either in Header or Footer.

Please check with your respective Functional Head at the institute before you
start your summer Internship Report. Just to remind the report needs to be
submitted to college by 20th July, 2016.
