Work Schedule
time Profile - to specify which leave types (called time types ) the employee is en
titled to take and, if needed, how time accounts should be managed and accruals
should be created.
time Recording Variant
Time Type - to each leave type to define need of work flow or not
Time Account Type - Assign Time type to Time Account Type to determine the time
accounts and to check the automatic checks against the balance.
Time accounts - Time accounts are created automatically for each employee and ti
me account type when you assign a time profile to the employee's job information
, or as part of period-end processing. An employee can have multiple time accoun
ts for example, one for vacation and one for sick leave.
