examine the internationalization strategies adopted by the company.
Companys introduction

ArcelorMittal S.A. is a multinational steel manufacturing corporation


headquartered in Avenue de la Libert, Luxembourg.
It was formed in 2006 from the takeover and merger of Arcelor and Mittal
Steel.
ArcelorMittal is the world's largest steel producer, with an annual crude
steel production of 98.1 million tons as of 2014.
It is the world's leading steel and mining company, with around 232,000
employees in more than 60 countries

As the saying goes 1/5th of cars produced globally contains steel produced by
Arcelor Mittal.
Objectives
1.To analyze and conceptualise how a company owning a series of mini mills
went on becoming a multi-billion dollar empire through inorganic growth
strategies
2. Challenges faced en-route in making the worlds biggest steel empire
3. To analyse the entry strategies in India where government is in favour of
domestic steel manufacturers viz. TATA Steels & SAIL.
