Biology food security interview


Context: Cape Royal Hotel
A group of three biology students are conducting a research project on
how the Cape Royal Hotel impacts the environment. My topic is food
security. Food security is when all people, at all times, have physical
and economic access to sufficient, safe and nutritious food to meet
their dietary needs and food preferences for an active and healthy life.
Therefore for our project I am looking at how the Cape Royal Hotel and
hotels in general impact the South African society and economy and the
impact hotels have on food security in South Africa.
