INDEMNITY :
Persons undertaking the trail/s should understand that anyone who enters the property to
partake in a trail does so at own risk. Neither owners of the farms/properties or conservancies
nor the booking agent will be held responsible for any death, injury or illness sustained or
suffered by any person or loss or damage to any property, occurring directly or indirectly from
a visit to the property/trail from any cause whatsoever.
