Newly installed bolts: M12 bolts are Grade 4.6 instead of the
required Grade 8.8
Newly installed M12 bolts not painted. Secondary horizontals with
undercoat but no final paint touch up done
Two Missing M20 bolts at joint of section 2 and 3 Contractor left on
site mobilizing to install
Torque test not done on some bolts due lack of ``accessibility`` arising from the nature of installation (Last two Photos)
