RENT FLAT CONTRACT

1. The contracting parties


.undersigned residing in Cluj-Napoca, Gorunului Street No, ap, owner of CI,

with C.N.P
as the lessor.

AND
.undersigned residing in the town .. owner of
Series no with CNP ., as tenants.

2.OBIECTUL CONTRACT
Article 1. Lessors, owners of property located in County CLUJ., Cluj-Napoca,
ANGHEL SALIGNY Street, No , 1th floor, ap. 3 consists of: two bedrooms a
bathroom, with total area of 42 sqm Tenants rented space to the aforementioned,
it is giving them a right of use for housing, limited right under the present contract.

3.DURATA CONTRACT
Article 1. The contract is valid from 3 AUG 2016 until 8 AUG 2016.

4.CHIRIA AND PAYMENT


Article 1 The lessee must pay the lessor EUR 500, EUR 100 will be paid as advance
for retaining the apartment, and the remaining payment (400 euros) will be paid to
writing the official handover respectively in date 04/08/2016. The account nr Bank
ING RO..
5.OBLIGATIILE PARTIES
Article 1. Lessors undertakes:
a. To teach usage rented good in proper condition for which it was rented to
maintain it in this state all the time how long rental.
b. Do not disturb the tenant than strictly necessary and with prior consent
c. To familiarize tenant with appliances and electronics use are in the apartment.

d. To provide strictly necessary to stay (towels, soap, toilet paper, shower gel,

Article 2. The lessee is obliged:

CONTRACT TERMS 6.ALTE


The lessee is obliged to pay any damages that he made, otherwise, will

table, 4 chairs, electrical and electronic, sofa, two lamps, a bed, four outdoor chairs,
bathroom furniture.
7.REZILIEREA CONTRACT
Article 1. Termination can be made in the following conditions:
a. At the request of any party, provided prior notification in writing at least 15 days.
b. Whenever agreed by both parties (conventional termination).
8.PACT commissary operating LAW
Art. 1. Advance payment will be made no later than 20 July 2016. In case of
second thoughts, this advance will be lost.
Art. 2. Lessors are required to teach good tenants fully functional.
