1. Identify the activity having the most +ve impact on your goal. [identify my
goal and the no 1 thing that is driving me towards that goal] [80:20
principle]
2. Write down everything else you do that is supposedly taking you to your
goal. [from studies, workouts, sports, to personal hygiene]
3. Eliminate or simplify everything on the supposedly list as much as
possible. [this is to concentrate my focus only on the no 1 thing that is
driving me towards my goal]
4. Find and eliminate your primary activitys Herbies. [Identify the
emotional and mental barriers in getting the 1 st thing done]
