HOST: Dr. Kiara Garcia, CEO of CUBO enterprise, CUBO business partners,
Management and staff, partners and stakeholders, media partners. A
pleasant morning to everyone. I would like to welcome all of you to this special
day, as we introduce our company, CUBO. To start the program, our first
speaker this morning is one of the distinguished architects in our industry, she
received her bachelors degree at University of the Philippines Diliman and her
masters degree at the same school. After 5 years, she received her doctorate
degree major in urban planning at Massachusetts Institute of technology.

CEO: Thank you Arch. Perin! Dont you know Arch. Perin is one of my best
architects in my company, and hes like a brother to me. Lets give him a round
of applause.
HOST: (smiles) Thank you Maam!
CEO: Good morning again everyone, to give you a glimpse about our company let
me just share you a short story. When I was in college, fortunately along with
my friends, we all had that same dream to build our own company, to inspire
people, to help people build their own dreams. We experienced a lot of trials
but then again I realized it was all worth it. Seeing our future as we help each
family build their homes and dream a life that they want. Please lets watch

MS./MR.: Thank you Arch. Perin! Good morning everyone! This company aims to
provide the highest quality of design possible that will achieve our
customers satisfaction so that we can build a long term relationships with
our clients and continuously improve our service through the trust that we
receive from our clients. We guide our clients to support them in making a
difference in the field of architecture and engineering. We strive to work
hard in our full potential and knowledge in architecture to forge not just
simple and common ideas but unique ideas that will bring you to a whole
new level of architecture. CUBO works in a collaborative process by
listening and addressing your needs to provide the highest quality of
services for you.

CUBO offers a variety of design including conceptual and construction

design. We also offer interior designing, planning and landscape.
And now, I would like to formally introduce the founders or should I say my
colleagues. Lets welcome them with a big round of applause, Architect
Godffrey Catindig, Architect Aizle Mario, Architect Marinela Tapia,
Architect Robelene Bedia the treasurer, Ms. Capunpon the secretary, Mr.
Saosa the project manager, Architect Perin the department head,
Architect Alla myself the vice president and last but not the least Dr. Kiara
Garcia the Ceo of the CUBO enterprise.

HOST: Thank you Architect Alla! Finally on behalf of CUBOs management and staff,
I wish to thank all of you who came here. Today, CUBO marks its first milestone
and Im so deeply overwhelmed and honoured to become a part of its
