AYAM GOLEK 2 MUTIARA

1 whole chicken
4 candlenuts
6 onions
4 cloves of garlic
1 inch of turmeric
1 inch of ginger root
inch of galangal
15 dried chillies
5 chillies
3 lemongrass (smashed)
5 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
3 cups of coconut paste
Salt
Cooking oil

blended together

1. Clean and dry the chicken.


2. Heat the cooking oil and stir-fry all blended ingredient along with
lemongrass.
3. Insert chicken, kaffir lime leaves, salt, and coconut paste. Keep
cooking until the gravy is thick.
4. Take the chicken out from the gravy and put in a baking tray. Put it
into the oven and let the chicken in at 2000C for 30 minutes.
5. Once done, take the chicken out and pour the gravy on the chicken
when it is to be served.
