Project Report:

The students in the same groups in which they presented their case
are required to work on the same company as in the case and write
a report highlighting internationalization activities of the company
in the last ten years (2006-2016). In the report the following need
to be covered/ analyzed:
a

the details of the characteristics of the industry so as to highlight the

environmental (PESTEL) reasons that drive the industry in the given
period.
b an analysis like Porters Diamond and / or other analysis that will help
understand the global competitiveness of the industry.
c Company level expansion globally including any change in strategy
viz. entry strategy to different countries, changes in strategy from say
globalization to transnational etc. Any other framework used will
attract additional credit.
If any company is not real in the case, please use a large competing
MNC in the industry, as mentioned in the case, and trace its
expansion in last ten years.
All references as used to make the report should be clearly stated in details
using Harvard referencing. Other details are available in course outline. Top
cover should include name of the company studied (not industry as
mentioned in your outline)
The report will be put through Turnitin software for plagiarism check and
report will not be graded if plagiarism is high. Use of quotes where applicable
and link to detailed references will help avoid plagiarism.
