In a place not far or near, neither past,

present or future;
a place, simply existing...

...existed a group
of people who
lived high in the
trees.

Every shadow (night)

Yamartat: Em Djetu and
Yamar: Em Satakh
Muldadtat (mother) would read
them a story from the book called,
The Land of Taswar (imagination).

And when she finished

reading she would close
the book and say, More
tomorrow
However, this shadow
the children wanted to
stay awake and hear more
of the story.

Muldadtat quickly replied,

No my kharadtwy (two children)
it is time to sleep.

Em Satakh asked,
Muldad (father) can stay up longer?

Muldad quickly responded,

No, its sleeping time.

Muldadtat,
then kissed her
kharadtwy for the
night.

Em Satakh pleaded, We dont

want to sleep!
Em Djetu added, We want to go
to the land of Taswar!

10

Muldadtat told her Kharadtwy its

dreamland time.

11

When Muldadtat exited the room they turned to each other and said...

12

Lets go toward
the Land of Imagination!

13

They quietly made

there way to the
closet...

beyond the
boxes and the
clothes...

to the secret passage,

the sealed entrance.

14

15

The Land of Taswar

16

In the Land of Imgination

everything glowed with
colour and love.

17

18

Being in the Land of Taswar

made them very happy.

19

Meanwhile, Muldadtat said to herself,

Where could Paa Kharadtwy be?

20

21

Paa Kharadtwy were having fun

watching a bundle of flying mangos!

22

Em Satakh said, Look the flying mangos are going up that mountain!

23

They chased the flying

mangos, up the mountian.

24

25

When they reached the top

of the mountian the flying
Mangos were sleeping.

26

Muldadtat giggled as she watched

Paa Kharadtwy.

27

28

29

Just as Emdjetu reached

out to touch one of the
mangos Muldadtats voice
reached the top of the
mountian saying, I see
you!

30

Muldadtats voice caused the mangos

to fly away.

31

As they watched the mangos

fly away Muldadtat hugged
them tightly.

32

They thought they would

never see the mangos again.

33

They told their Muldadtat they didnt

want to leave.

34

However, Muldadtat said, its time

for sleep.

35

Muldadtat put them in her bed for sleep.

36

37

As they slept, they joyfully

visited the Land of Dreams!
