A Visio timeline and ILP show the tasks set for each day and how many sessions you have to do each thing. A Gantt chart is slightly different as it shows you using coloured blocks what you have done on each day.

Slide 10: Market Research
The graphs show some statistics of the trainers market: Adidas were more successful than Nike in 2015. Nike sold around 120,000,000 pairs of shoes whilst Adidas made around 301,000,000 pairs of shoes. Nikes sale revenue was 5 times higher in 2015 than it was in 1996. This is because Nike has become more and more well-known and has become more popular. Slide 11: Gantt Chart On the board you can see a Gantt chart showing which day I did each task. This is a more visual way of showing it. For example on Thursday 15th I completed my ILP, came up with an advert idea etc Slide 12: Planning ILP The ILP shows that we have four sessions to complete the pitch proposal PowerPoint and then we have 3 sessions where the pitches will be presented to the rest of the class. We then have the second half of the session on W3 to print it off and hand it in. Slide 13: Planning Timeline This shows the tasks that have been set for each lesson in order to complete the project to deadline. On this timeline you can see that I have laid it out by days so that it is clearer to see. Slide 14: Clearances I will need to make sure I get written permission for the places in my advert and the people who will be in it. As Im filming in open spaces and filming people I know, I wont need any written clearances. If I was to film somewhere private, I would need written permission. Slide 15: Mood board You can see all my different ideas for my logo font and they are completely different to each other as I wasnt sure what my colour scheme would be.

Slide 16: Storyboards
This is my logo it has bold text, a simple design, includes the brand name and three shades of the same colour. Slide 17: Dope Sheets These are my dope sheets that show each scene that will be made for my advert and they follow the full content outline talked about earlier. Slide 18: Extra Details Brands in competition with my trainer brand are Nike, Adidas, Puma and Lonsdale The trainer market is a competitive one because of the many different styles and the target market age group is the same for most trainers. The Limitless trainers will have a sturdy sole with extra grip for playing sports. DID YOU KNOW: To put the advert on ITV, it could cost anything from as little as 2,000 up to and more than 1million depending on how many people you want to reach and what areas you want to target. Slide 19: Logo This my digital design of my logo which I created on Adobe Photoshop. It is a simple design to catch peoples interest and stand out. I used the triangular symbol as it has a continuality to it so it relates to the name of the shoe brand. Slide 20: Conclusion I think my new trainers brand will work well in the current trainers market because: There a cool new design, There fashionable, There up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, There available in many different shoe retailers, There affordable for students, They have multi-coloured laces available, My logo is simple but eye-catching
