OWNERSHIP AND DEMONSTRATIONS ON PLOT NO 49/3/932 IN AREA 49 SECTOR 3
WAS ORIGINALLY OFFERE TO MR MAUDZU IN 1997.
Please refer that matter to the above subject.
I hereby wish to apply for your assistance, May you let justice be allowed to prevail according to the
nature of the story on the following:
1. Plot No 49/3/932 was originally offered to Mr Maudzu in 1997 and it covered the area of
15 metres breadth and 28 metres Length (15mx28m)
2. After some years Mr Maudzu sold this plot to a certain person of Mtandire through Mr
Chiwere and I wish to assure you that there was no quarrel in anyhow with Mr and Mrs
Maudzu since 1997 up to date.
3. As of now the owner of this plot is Mrs Mulombwa but i cant say nothing about the sale
and the way of how Mr and Mrs Mulombwa bought this plot from a certain person of
Mtandire even the way how was the handover conducted.
4. Among the following :Mr and Mrs Maudzu a person of Mtandire Mr and Mrs Mulombwa
who is able to demonstrate the nature and the real size of the plot to March the post as it
was originally market.

One day when i decided to see my parents i have seen that the big three Mango trees were
cut off and i asked my parents that why have you done this that you cut off the trees at once?
My mother told me that Mrs Mulombwa had came with a person from Lilongwe City
Council and was this man who told me to cut down the three Mango trees, and my parents
want to know the reason ,this man told my parents that they plant these trees on Mrs
Mulombwas Plot ,and when I heard about this i was deeply shocked and very surprised for
sure that this plot was not regularised so why was this man have done so while the plot for
Mrs Mulombwa was not in the system of the Lilongwe City Council and on top of that
these trees have been planted in 1997 before Mrs Mulombwa take over, I wish to assure you
that this is the way how land dispute came about between Mrs Mulombwa and my parents
and the man who came from the Lilongwe City Council was the main contributing factor
for this land dispute to happen.
I wasnt to know the reason that lies behind these delaying tactics if this is not a plan to kill
one of us according to the nature of the story.
