To whomsoever it may concern,

I, here by assure you that I am willingly going to attend the

Freshers Party 2016 which is organized by our seniors. It is an
unofficial party. For my doings during the party hours I should
be held responsible. The party is going to take place on 13 th of
august 2016 from 5 pm to 10 pm and the venue is Kanti
Visariya Hall,Naupada , Thane (west). Ill be liable for my doings
after the party hours. People organizing the party will not be
responsible for my doings during the party hours. If I come to
the party drinking alcohol, I should be forced out of the party by
the organizers. Parking at owners risk.Thank You
