A glimpse in the corporate world

Being an intern in abs-cbn was truly memorable. It

was fun knowing that I would learn some facets of the
human resource. And luckily, I was assigned in
recruitment. At first the work load was very heavy
because I was the only intern for my supervisor and we
had to manage 70 applicants per day. It was exhausting
at first but after a few weeks I got the hang of it
especially when more interns were assigned to my
supervisor. I feel so fortunate that I didnt only experience
a part of recruitment but I experienced most of it; the
assessments, the sourcing and especially the interviews.
After this internship, I could say that I look forward being
able to work in HR and I think I would enjoy what I would
do.
