1. T-Tube cholangiogram with filling defect in distal cbd, differential and management was asked.

2. ATLS station.... steps of primary survey were asked. How to apply a cervical collar

3. Peripheral vascular disease....diagnose, what clinical test will you perform to assess the
severity of the disease, management

4. Deep Palmer access. How will you manage when patient presents to you in emergency.
Where will be the incision. What will be the position of hand after surgery.

5. Make position for pyelolithotomy. Advantages of the position. Surface marking for 12th rib.

6. Left cervical rib x-ray. Describe the x-ray. Diagnosis, why the symptoms happen. Confirmatory
test. Management.

7.Imperforate Anus. Diagnosis, types, Confirmatory test, management.

8. Counselling station: patient with gangrenous left colon presents in emergency. Laparotomy
and left hemicolectomy done. Now with colostomy and mucous fistula. Patient is furious about
colostomy. Counseling to explain the situation to the patient.

10. Surgical skills. Abdominal incision and closure

11. Patient with solitary adenoma in right submandibular gland. Mark the incision for the surgery.
Complications. What nerves can be damaged. How will you assessment them the next day.

12. Mammogram.... fibro cystic disease. Is it pre-malignant? How will you proceed. Any benign
condition in which mastectomy is justified.

13. Right neck of femur fracture in a 70 year old. How will you confirm the diagnosis.
Classification of neck of femur fractures.Management. What if it is due to a metastatic lesion.
How will you investigate.
