The importance of securing nuclear warheads and supporting the Global Partnership against the Spread of Weapons and Materials of Mass Destruction (also, can efforts be made at devaluing rather than enhancing the importance of nuclear weapons?)
Section III: How to Combat Terrorism
1. Work on improving American-Muslim relations: a. The war on terror is not a war against Islam b. Obama should work to speak out against anti-Muslim statements c. Governmental departments should a) hire more Arab Americans and Muslim Americans and b) hire more officials who can speak Arabic d. Broadcast more information about U.S. governmental proceedings in local Arabic-speaking cities in the Middle East 2. The U.S. should work on adopting a more multilateral foreign policy a. E.U.-Russia-U.S. trilateral partnership b. Power-sharing: countries that are left out are more prone to antiWestern/American sentiments c.
