She served as a tutor for students who needed remediation in a variety of subjects - reading, math, writing, etc. Ms. Bratcher was a capable and flexible instructor, able to meet the needs of students ranging in ages from Kindergarten to Sth grade. “She has excellent people skills, and was able to communicate and collaborate effectively with teachers throughout the building to plan lessons and maneuver schedules as necessary. Ms. Bratcher has proven herself to be reliable and hardworking. On occasions when a student Was absent, and her schedule freed up, she would independently seek out other students to help without being asked. She did an excellent job of motivating struggling students to try their best when they often just wanted to give up. Ms. Bratcher was very helpful when asked to carry out ‘specific modifications that had been created for specific student needs.
