somereason,redBuswillrefundthedifferentialamounttothecustomer
uponbeingintimatedbythecustomersin24hoursofthejourney.

redBusresponsibilitiesdonotinclude:
(1)Thebusoperator'sbusnotdeparting/reachingontime.
(2)Thebusoperator'semployeesbeingrude.
(3)Thebusoperator'sbusseatsetcnotbeinguptothe
customer'sexpectation.
(4)Thebusoperatorcancelingthetripduetounavoidable
reasons.
(5)Thebaggageofthecustomergettinglost/stolen/
damaged.
(6)Thebusoperatorchangingacustomer'sseatatthelast
minutetoaccommodatealady/child.
(7)Thecustomerwaitingatthewrongboardingpoint(please
callthebusoperatortofindouttheexactboardingpointifyou
arenotaregulartraveleronthatparticularbus).
(8)Thebusoperatorchangingtheboardingpointand/orusing
apickupvehicleattheboardingpointtotakecustomerstothe
busdeparturepoint.

5.AmenitiesforthisbusasshownonredBushavebeenconfiguredand
providedbythebusprovider(busoperator).Theseamenitieswillbe
providedunlesstherearesomeexceptionsoncertaindays.Pleasenote
