We are now at the final stage, and the lawyers have to hand in their conclusions within 10 days from the last court hearing. We can expect the judge's ruling after a period of 10-60 days. ‘The actual lawsuit has been sent to our paying members by email along with an explanation in English. Itis important that we stand together for the future of Costambar, so that it will not suffer exploitation for the sake of short term profit and prejudice for the people living in the community. We have seen some illegal house possession lately - 2 to be precise. This is not something we ignore. Steps are being taken to investigate the true ownership of the houses, and alert the proprietors.
