450g/1lbloaftin.
2. Inalargebowlbeattogethertheyoghurt,vegetableoil,lemonand
orangezestandeggsuntillightandfluffy.Siftinallthedry
ingredientsandmixuntiljustcombined.
3. Spoonthemixtureintotheloaftinandbakeforabout45minutes.
