The Human Resource Management Division (HRMD) will be implementing new
system regarding the management of data analysis, paper works and officers/employees interactions. This system is digitalized with instant access to data, making updated data necessary to this effect. In line with this, all employees are required to submit one (1) set updated and duly accomplished personal data sheet with the following attachments: 1. Copies of diplomas, transcript of records, recommendations and awards 2. Copies of birth certificate and two IDs Personal data sheet can be obtained from our office. Kindly submit at Human Resource Management Division on or before 5:00 PM of October 1, 2016. Anticipating your utmost cooperation.
