Where Im From

I am born in a place
Where the win always howls
But people act like the sun is always shining
You can feel the energy
As it flows and ebbs
Each word and action contributes
When the sun goes down
Many of them go away
And the energy slowly fades
As the sun comes up
The power rises
And the cycle repeats once more
People coming, people going
The energy rises and falls
But nobody pays attention
Because they are too focused on themselves
