In order to approach and achieve this goal I
will plan and implement detailed yet flexible
teaching practices that allow for
modifications to be made to both lesson
content and lesson structure in relation to
students and their ranging abilities, this
would be highlighted and evident within
lesson plans.

Clear and explicit lesson plans that
demonstrate the use of curriculum areas
and how they integrate with assessment
and reporting.
e.g. curriculum, syllabus outcomes,
syllabus content, assessment.
