Chicken Parmesan Casserole (2)

Spray (2) 8x8 baking dishes

Cook and cube 6 chicken breasts (3 for each
dish)
Divide chicken evenly into the two pans
Top with marinara sauce and mix with
chicken
Top with 1 c of mozzarella and
parmesan on each pan
In small bowl, mix 2 c panko bread crumbs,
2-4 TB of olive oil, basil, parsley, & oregano
along with a dash of salt and pepper
Spread evenly bread crumb mixture evenly
over both pans
Cover with a layer of plastic wrap and a layer
of foil.
Attach label.

Sweet Potato Sausage Bake with

Gruyere Cheese Sauce (2)
Spray (2) 9x13 baking dishes
Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl, coat (4) peeled, cubed sweet
potatoes with 2 tsp of olive oil. Arrange in
a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for
20-25 minutes.
At the same time, place 8-10 Italian sausage
links on another baking sheet. Baking for
12-15 min. turning once half-way through.
Slice cooked sausage links.
Divide evenly sausage, potatoes, & 4 cups of
chopped kale between (2) baking dishes.
Bring 1 c. of milk and 4 c. of chicken broth to
a low boil in saucepan. Slowly add c flour
to form a paste. Add 1 c of gruyere
cheese and stir until melted.
Divide sauce evenly into the 2 pans.
Cover with a layer of plastic wrap and a layer
of foil.

Baked Chicken Pesto Alfredo

Pasta (2)
Spray (2) 9x13 baking dishes
Make a simple white sauce by melting c.
of butter in a pan over medium heat.
Sprinkle in c of flour slowly over melted
butter and whisk constantly for 3-4 minutes

over medium heat. Then add in 4 c. of

chicken broth and whisk quickly together.
Cook over heat until its thick and bubbles
up. Set white sauce aside.
Cook two boxes of penne pasta according to
package directions. Drain noodles and then
dump them into a large mixing bowl.
Add in white sauce, 6 cooked, cubed chicken
breasts, 8 c. shredded Italian cheese, 6 c.
of baby spinach, 2 cans of crushed
tomatoes, 3 c. of milk, 6 TB of basil pesto
and 1 cup of the bacon. Mix well.
Divide pasta mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix together 1 c. of
parmesan cheese, 1 c of Italian bread
crumbs, remaining c. of bacon and 2 TB
of olive oil.
Sprinkle bread crumb mixture evenly
between the two pans.
Cover with a layer of plastic wrap and a layer
of foil.
Attach label.

Pumpkin Orange & White Sauce

Pasta (2)
Spray (2) 8x8 baking dishes
Cook 2 boxes of whole grain pasta shells to
al dente and drain. Set aside.
Reduce heat to low and add c of butter to
pan, slowly add c of flour to make a
white sauce.
Add to pan 2 c of pumpkin puree, 4 oz. of
cream cheese, 1 c of fat-free evaporated
milk, 2 tsp of minced garlic, 2 tsp of salt,
and black pepper to taste
Divide evenly between the two pans
Top with 1 c of cooked, crumbled bacon
divided between the two pans
Cover with a layer of plastic wrap and a layer
of foil.

Meatball Sub Bubble Bake (2)

Take 1-gal Ziploc bag and add 1 pkg. of
Italian-style meatballs and 1 jar of tomato
sauce
Zip bag and Smoosh
Repeat for second batch

BBQ Spare Ribs (2)

Take 1-gal Ziploc bag of 1 2 lbs. of pork ribs
Add into bag, 1 c of ketchup, 1 TB of Old
Bay seasoning, tsp of liquid smoke, c
of brown sugar, c white vinegar
Zip bag and Smoosh
Repeat for second batch

Baked Ziti (2)

Grease (2) 8x8 pans
Cook 2 boxes of ziti pasta according to
directions.
Take 2 lbs. ground beef or turkey cooked and
add 1-2 chopped onions simmering over
medium heat. Add 3 jars of sauce and
simmer 15 minutes.
Layer as followed: ziti, sauce, 4 slices of
provolone cheese, sour cream, ziti,
mozzarella cheese, and sauce mixture
into each pan

Zuppa Toscana Soup (2)

In large pot or saucepan, simmer 2 tsp of
minced garlic with 2 slices of bacon for

about a minute. Add 2 quarts of water, 2

oz. of chicken bouillon, and sliced potatoes.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add 3 c of crumbled sausage, 4 cups of
chopped kale, and 1 c of heavy whipping
cream to pot and simmer another 5
minutes. Let soup cool.
Divide into (2) 1 gal. Ziploc Bags
