A handy template to print out - sorry for the lack of quality - I had to take this and make it usable for myself....I only aimed to have a printable version to use as a template
This is a 12 point Star Coil Template > I printed it out, stuck it to a wooden board, marked the 12 points, drilled small holes on each point, pushed small wooden pins into each point/hole (wooden kebab sticks cut to small pieces) and wound the coil appropriately - It is very effective and when you've wound enough turns, I recommend dabbing hot glue on the corners to keep the shape when you pull it off your homemade loom
