    This xex will start Xell from an actively running machine.

    Place xell-2f.bin renamed to xell.bin on the root of:


    USB memory stick
    HDD content partition
    CD/DVD ROM
    alternately, place xell-2f.bin renamed to xell.bin xell.bin beside the xelllaunc
    h
    xex into the same folder and put the folder wherever you like
    If not found in one of these locations, it will attempt to
    load xell from flash (xell-1f on glitch machines, xell-2f on jtag.)
