dominant. In further analysis it was also found that most of the students prefer
Flipkart for online shopping.
Most of the students buys Apparels and Electronic items through online
shopping sites. It was also found that most of the students purchase products
within the range of Rs.2000- Rs.5000.
Students usually use their debit card for making payments, some of them prefer
cash on delivery option. Most of the students have faced unpleasant problems
like late delivery, delivery of damaged product etc. They got their problem

In order to attract more students online sites should take more efficient
measures for tapping the prospective consumers among college students. Proper
marketing and improved after sale services will help the vendors to excel in
their business. Measures should be taken for quick and safe delivery of
products. Delay in delivery reduces the credibility of the online vendor.
Sufficient care must be given to deliver the right product at the right time to the
right person. Damaged/wrong products must be immediately replaced or offered
refund.
