Is it right to be always civil can lead to prohibited our voices from getting reach or

freedom it can lead to understand the happeness of freedom in the mulitples ways
of contlol and make the powerfull govement control us with out we know since
uncivility had lead to show us multiple movement in history to give the right for
people to have fair relationship and to get their right on good manner ,but how we
should solve the problem that we should always be civil what happen then if the
political powerel control our desire and make civility can lead to unfair relationship
because it made us follow the rules with our judje if the decision is right.
