Jim Roberts: My Presentation will set the todays agenda
This conference is aiming to improve the communication
and allow the company personnel to have an access to
customer records and customer management system.
Before we start I would like to ask the information system
for their findings.

Joyce Fields: Good morning, I am the information system


director and based on my findings I found out that the
equipment we and our competitor are proposing are
virtually identical due to the detailed specifications that
All Risk Insurance had included in the RPF.
John Harris: I agree to that actually we financial account
department conducted a study and it shows that the
equipment prices are pretty similar. With this information
how can we get ahead of our competitor?
Mike Davis: I think the number of our affiliate service and
repair centers across the United States, I in behalf of the
agent services department know that they are fast and
very reliable enough even for hardware and software
repairs.
Dianne Sheffield: I agree! And come to think of our 24
hours 7 days per week customer service centers that are
staffed by national network employees they are the best
even in assisting All Risk Insurance customers with their
problems I dont think we should be bothered about out
competitor .
Jim Roberts: Ive added all your research and also
collected information from different sources and come up
with this comparison of our customer services and our
competitor. And also I would like to present my proposal
for adding a corporate computer network linking all our
offices with our five regional offices and our 3200 sales
agents out in the field.
