Purpose: The aim of this report will be to focus on the apparel division that exports
the garments to international market. It will analyze the process that goes into product
development from the time it is conceptualized till the time its delivered to the
customer. A step-by-step breakdown of each stage of the process will be analyzed to
understand how the process operates, and to determine potential areas for process
improvement through removing waste and increasing efficiency.
Learning Expectation:
To better comprehend the process and product analysis procedure to match the
theory with practice.
To understand the important materials, processing, economic and aesthetic
decisions which are required before any product can be manufactured.
To understand the export market of the company.
To build on the knowledge acquired in the class room.
