I would like to conduct a research entitled Seafront Hub and after seeking out
a location for this proposal I have discovered your property. I think that it will
be the most suitable place for a future development. I would like to ask for
your permission to allow me to use Playa La Caleta as the primary location of
my Architectural Design Thesis. Your property will be the center of my project
proposal and will enable it to become one of the top tourist destinations here
in Bataan.
If you will also permit, may I have a copy of the Transfer Certificate of Title? It
shall be used as reference for the actual boundaries and area of the land.
Also, are you favor of funding this if the proposal will be developed in the
near future? Rest assured that any documents given will remain confidential
and will be at my custody only.
