James Sinaga : Prio

Edward Hikaru Sulu: Rifkie

H: Elec Britain Public Relation, Edward Hikaru Sulu speaking, How can I help you?
J1: Hello, this is james sinaga from senior engineer of Elec in Spain. I have some research to
develop our unit. And I want to know about power plant in ELEC Britain area.
H: Of Course, what do you want to know?
J2: I want to know how many unit in ELEC Britain area.
H: In Elec Britain area, there are two unit, Haymarket and Glengarry unit
J3: what type of energy uses in haymarket unit and glengarry unit?
H: In haymarket unit we use nuclear but in glengarry unit we use hydro as source of energy.
J4: How about the load?
H: we operate base load in haymarket unit because there are a few consumers in this area.
Meanwhile, in glengarry unit that has many consumers, we operate at peak load.
J5: and how about the capacity
H: the capacity on two unit in haymarket until 2300 MW per annum and on two units in
glengory until 52000 kW perannum
J6: when was it commissioned
H: then haymarket unit commissioned in1982 and the glengarry unit commissioned in 1975
J7: where the location of haymarket unit. Because I think to determine the location of
nuclear power plant is not easy right?
H: yes of course. There are several consideration to determine the location of nuclear power
plant. Such as, economic aspect, safety and environment aspect. Location of Haymarket
nuclear power plant is at 45 km east of Birmingham England.
J8: How about location of glengarry unit?
H: at 20 km south of inverness, Scottland.

J9: I think thats all, thank you for your information. Maybe someday we can meet to discuss
about energy.
H: Youre welcome. I will consider about that.

J1: Of Course, what do you want to know?

H: I want to know how many unit in ELEC Spain area.
J2: In ELEC Spain area, there are two unit, Steinburg and Brenes unit
H: what type of energy uses in Steinburg and Brenes unit?
J3: In Steinburg unit we use lignite but in Brenes unit we use Natural gas as source of energy.
H: How about the load?
J4: we operate base and intermediate load in Steinburg unit because there are a few
consumers in this area. Meanwhile, in Brenes unit that has many consumers, we operate
at intermediate and peak load.
H: and how about the capacity
J5: the capacity on three unit in Steinburg until 436 MW per annum and on two units in
Brenes until 410 MW per annum
H: when was it commissioned
J6: then Steinburg unit commissioned in 1965, retrofitted in 1984 and the Brenes unit, I dont
know when its commissioned
H: where the location of Steinburg unit?
J7: Location of Steinburg lignite power plant is at 80 km north of Berlin Germany.
H: How about location of Brenes unit?
J8: at 24 km east of Seville, Spain.
H: I think thats all, thank you for your information.
J9: Youre welcome
