Survey Summary

The goal of this survey is to gather information about different correspondents

outside or inside the UST campus. This will help us aim and prove that most of us
are being drawn to mobile phones/media. It will also become our statistical tool to
help build foundation and also to strenghten our topic.
Our survey was consist of 11 basic questions and most of our online respondents is
aged from 18-21 years old. Almost all of the respondents answered that they
ALWAYS use their phones and 93% use their phones for COMMUNICATION PURPOSE
only while 56% use their phones for OTHER basic features that the phone had built
in it. The majority of the users have access to mobile data and use pocket wifi to get
through social media sites. Due to the convience that the mobile phones offer the
61% of the respondents think that it can also cause unwanted distractions to them
because it creates a barrier to them to study and makes them procastinate. Majority
of them finds comfort in using their mobile gadgets and 91% of them says that
mobile phones are a necessity.
