Aim/Rationale: To introduce the good qualities of a leader for incoming seniors students
and to gain and build trust towards peers.
Objectives: By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

Describe the good qualities of a good leader

Understand why theres a need to have leadership skills
Learn how to build confidence and to gain trust from others
Manage people and understand the need to trust them
