_Dumclass: chui cc workshop min ph do DumbOt son gio n, gm cc kin
thc v hot ng ng dng KHKT.
_Dumlab: Xng ch to cung cp c s vt cht, trang thit b, dng c cho cc
bn thc hnh lp rp/ch, to sn phm.
_Dumcon: Cuc thi Robt Ng i Chin ni cc bn thi u robot t ch, giao
lu v chia s cc tng/sn phm ca mnh vi mi ngi.
DumbOt hin nay t c mt s thnh cng nh: hn 300 bn tham gia lin

What advice would you give to your younger self about leadership?
Why? *
We have two ears and one mouth, so we should listen more than we say. Zeno
of Citium
On the journey of excelling my leadership (which I am still struggling now ), I
have sometimes put myself in troubles for not being a good listener. Fortunately,

the teamwork was not adversely affected but somehow, my relationship with the
member was. So I decided to sit down and have a talk with them. And I figured out
that the miscommunication between us was due to the fact that I spoke more than I
listened.
So to my dear younger self, spend more time listening to everyone to know what
they think and what they want. It might be hard to recognize if you are talking or
listening more at first, but keep practicing. This does not only contribute to the
success of the team but also enhances your personal relationship.

What is your leadership style? Explain. *


Diplomats definitely. As a leader I value the interpersonal harmony and the team
satisfaction most. As long as people are happy with the job and given chance to do
what they like or what they are good at, I believe they will make the most of their
potential to help accomplish the objectives of the team.
Also, besides work, Id love to spend time chitchatting with my teammates, listening
to their stories so that we can strengthen our relationship.

List one strength and one weakness of your leadership ability?


Explain. *
Strength: I am super duper supportive to my teammate. If you have problem, Im
sure will support you all the way provided that you have justifiable explaination ;)
Weakness: Lack of flexibility :)) Everything I do, I like to stick to the master plan and
timeline that have been set from the beginning so I tend to get annoyed when
changes happen.

One fun fact about you? *


I am in fact quite clumsy, especially with tech stuffs. The number of phones, mp3
players, computers, etc. broken by me is countless so, youd better keep tech stuffs
far away from me )
