Ref: Complaint Against Vehicle Accident Insurance Claim
Im Surendran Muniandy NRIC 821026-08-6673, has send my vehicle Nissan Navara
(4 Wheel Drive) for insurance claim to Workshop Syarikat Thong Hing Motor Sdn.Bhd, which were
located at 557, Batu 3 , Jalan Ipoh, 51200 Kuala Lumpur on the 5th.December.2015 (Saturday).
2. As per Insurance Terms & Conditions, Insurance Claim for cars within 5 years of purchase date should
be change with Original Parts. My car was purchased in year 2011.
3. I did check with the Person in Charge at the said workshop regarding the car parts that will be altered
on my car. I was informed that all the damaged parts will be makeover by Original .
4. But I get to know all the used parts on my car is Non original and was changed with Taiwan Made
parts. Im unsatisfied with what had happen.
5. I hope the authorized person should take action about this problem. I wants my car parts to be
changed with the Original parts as Im eligible for it.
