Tenders documents can be purchased from the office of the undersigned on payment of tender fee ‘amounting to Rs 1000/- (non-refundable) with written request. Tenders will be issued only to those contractors/ firms who have the experience of provisioning and installation of HVAC equipment at various projects in Pakistan exclusively at major airports of Pakistan, ‘The bidding firms should be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council Earnest Money at the rate of 2% of the tendered amount in favor of “Civil Aviation Authority” should be enclosed with the tender documents in shape of pay order/bank draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan. Tenders without earnest money will rejected. The tenders will be recéived upto 1100 Hrs on 27-07-2016 and will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hrs in the Office of the undersigned in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives. No tender will be sold by post or on the date fixed for opening of tenders. Conditional tenders shail not be entertained.
