Situation:
Mrs Richard was found dead in her bedroom, with a razor by her side. The kitchen
window was open in the double - storey mansion. Everyone was in the house except for
the gardener. When Mr Richard entered his bedroom, he saw his neighbour, Lai Jun Tung
in the room, with blood all over her hands. Mrs Richard was found in the room at 11.30
pm. The neighbour was found in the room at 3.00 am when Mr Richard entered his room.
