SYSTEM STUDY
System study is used in every field where there is a work of developing something.
Analysis can also be defined as a series of components that perform organic function together. In
computer world, in this stage a statement of the problem is formulated and a model is built by the
analyst in encouraging real-world situation. This phase show the important properties associated
with the situation. Actually, the analysis model is a concise, precise abstraction and agreement on
how the desired system must be developed.

2.1. EXISTING SYSTEM:

As some of the organizational operations are tracked using files and some other
manually, hence thins process is associated with many limitations like .,

2.1.1. Limitations Of Existing System

1. Existing system is not user friendly.
2. Decision making is difficult.
3. File storage is difficult.
4. It is time consuming.
5. It is a tedious process for learning that ERP system ,cost is not effective, we cant
make any changes in codings untill we know to code ABAP.
6. Sometimes it is providing erroneous results . so ,there is a need of manual
checking also.

In the computerization of the concern,the errors can be rectified.The proposed system is

used mainly to maintain the organization.

2.2.1. Advantages Of Proposed System

1. All the process has done at high speed.
2. It does the work efficiently,Effective cost.
3. It is cost effective,easy to code PHP LANGUAGE.
4. Reduced manual checking completely.
5.By following the new approach the information can be accessed by just a mouse
click. This helps the users by saving lot of time and providing the user with the up to
date information.
