Breakfast:Omlette,2 Rotis,1 Potato, 1 apple.


@ 12pm - protein wid milk/water, 2 khajur

After 2 Hrs.:A Small Cake ( dont eat daily).
Lunch:Sabzi n 2 Rotis, 200g rice, salad
Evening:Tea n Biscuits.
before going to gym - 4 khajur/ 1apple, 2 bananas, protein with water.
Gone 2 Gym...........
in gym - electrol (costs rs.5 in medical).
After Gym.........
after coming from gym - 4 khajur, 2 bananas, 1 potato, protein wid milk.
Diner:2 Roti,Sabzi, 3 boiled eggs, salad.
