1.

The Director of Social Programming shall:


a. Initiate and supervise social programming activities as the Council sees fit,
and all other social activities of Council;
b. Coordinate all ASBC social activities during celebration, if any such
opportunities should arise;
c. Assist the Communication Representatives, Marketing Representative,
Charity/Social Services Coordinator and Academic Programmer with their
duties;
d. Display and maintain three set office hours a week;
e. Coordinate UMSAFE training of all ASBC members;
f. Perform any other duties incidental to this office within reasonable
discretion as directed by the President and/or council;
g. Keep accurate records of all expenses, contacts made, and any other
relevant information in regards to any social activities held by the ASBC;
h. Have their office as decided at the discretion of the President.
2. The Arts Resource Centre Director shall:
a. Oversee the operations and management of the Arts Resource Centre, A/V
equipment, projector, pool table and any other entertainment devices in
ARC or the student lounge;
b. Display and maintain six set office hours;
c. Act as the ASBC liaison to UMSU students groups, UMSU service
groups, and community organizations;
d. Perform other duties incidental to this office within reasonable discretion
as directed by the President and/or Council;
e. Have their office as 204a Fletcher Argue.
3. The Womens Representative shall:
a. Act as a liaison between the ASBC and the Womens Centre in UMSU;
b. Display and maintain three set office hours;
c. Perform other duties incidental to this office within reasonable discretion
as directed by the President and/or council;
d. Have their office as decided at the discretion of the President.
4. The Aboriginal Students Representative shall:
a. Act as a liaison between the ASBC and aboriginal students in arts;
b. Display and maintain three set office hours;
c. Perform other duties incidental to this office within reasonable discretion
as

e. Have their office as decided at the discretion of the President.
5. The Students Living with Disabilities Representative shall:
a. Act as a liaison between the ASBC and students with (dis)abilities in arts;
b. Display and maintain three set office hours;
c. Perform other duties incidental to this office within reasonable discretion
as directed by the President and/or council;
d. Have their office as decided at the discretion of the President.
6. The LGBTTQ* Representative shall:

a. Act as a liaison between the ASBC and LGBTTQ* students in arts, and
the Rainbow Pride Mosaic;
b. Display and maintain three set office hours;
c. Perform other duties incidental to this office within reasonable discretion
as

e. Co-ordinate Allies Training for all council members at the beginning of
each year;
f. Have their office as decided at the discretion of the President.
