Rotary Club of Bareilly South has been organizing the biggest show of
Bareilly Rotary Virat Dushehra Mela for last 31 years regularly.
Focus of this Dushehra Mela is mainly to promoting trade and commerce
by highlighting specific sectors of trades i.e. Housing, Building Materials,
Ornaments, Branded Edible Oils, Gift items, Banking, Insurance, Telecom,
Education, Life Style, Automobiles, Electronic, Medicare, FMCG kind of
products (personal and House hold), Branded foods and Food court.
This Mela is regularly a great success for the past 31 years, every time we
present this Mela in new look which has been liked by all the visitors.

Very Large Expected foot fall

Biggest presence of middle, upper middle and upper status
group in one single event in Bareilly.
Mega event popularly known as Rotary Virat Dushehra Mela.
None of the other any event comes nearby to the popularity of
this Mela.
Organised by the professional event managers of national level.
Entertainment Groups of National Level, Jazz Bands, cultural
programs and various other events to involve the crowd and
make it more interesting for them.

Various national/multinational companies like Airtel, Nokia, Idea, Donear

Suitings, Asian Paints, B L Agro Oils Ltd, Competent Builders, Horizon,
have already tied up with reputed brands for lead sponsorships.

One minute mela ground + One minute on gate (15 sec ad film with audio
repetitions-gate in 3 days) 40*3=120*1=100 to 110 times
We will be installing two LEDs outside mela ground on either side of gate
size 17*10.5 each

Terms of payment
50% - At the time of agreement.
50% - Before 7 days of Mela Date.
Kindly note, all the decisions are taken on first cum first basis as a decision
of our Board of Directors. Your early reply will be highly appreciated and
