Description of how to implement in the class:
Students will watch a BrainPop Jr. video about the seasons. Then they will get on Kidspiration and work on a project with all four seasons. Students can pick pictures that represent that season. After the students pick their pictures they must write a brief sentence on why they chose those pictures and how it corresponds with that season. After the students are done they can print their project or save it to the computer. This lesson will help them learn and identify the four seasons by working on this project. Since they get to pick the pictures, students will be able to put different pictures with each season as long as the pictures match that season. An example for Autumn would be a pumpkin for Halloween since that holiday is in the middle of Autumn. Level of Technology Implementation (LoTi): What LoTi best describes this learning experience and Why. The LoTi level for this lesson plan is level 3 infusion. It is this level because it is teacher centered and the lesson focuses on the content and the process. This level does have higher order of thinking skills for the students. Description of the sample BBPT file provided *: Describe what viewers will see and how this BBPT file will be used in class as an example of what students will create or as a template they will complete. If you are attaching an Inspiration file you will also want to attach a .pdf so that those without the software can access the file.
