Private Law

Private law is an individual law which regulates the rights and obligations to one
another in society. In private law, the role of the state is not much, states only regulate things
that are protection for the parties so as not to harm others. Included in private law are:
A. Civil Law
is the law governing family relations and social relations in society. Which is included
in the civil law is the law of persons, family law inheritance law and property law.
B. Commercial Law
is a civil law that specifically regulates the trade. In the development of commercial
law called the law began business by expanding the scope of the development of the
business world.
