Dear colleagues,

I am writing to communicate you there is a new initiative called Email-free Fridays.

This initiative is necessary because we have using a lot of the computers for our
communication. We hope to encourage face-to-face communication and phone
conversation, to decrease the time on the computers and to break the routine. We cannot
send emails to each other on the last Fridays every month.
However, if we have to contact any external client, sending short memos will be
allowed you have permission to do it. This project is lasting six months and after that,
we are evaluating its continuity. Next year, we will make a decision after a
questionnaire to all the staff.
